Toys and gifts collected through our Angel Trees bring joy to families in the midst of a new diagnosis or sudden hospitalization over the holidays and all year long as we keep our partner hospitals stocked with items to comfort, motivate, and distract children during treatment. Given that many people are working from home this year, we are offering a VIRTUAL Angel Tree on Amazon!
Each item on the wishlist corresponds to needs for children and families at our partner hospitals. Requests range from toys, games, and art supplies, to baby items and gift cards that help parents manage the expenses of their child’s treatment.
Items purchased from the Angel Tree wishlist will be shipped directly to Me Fine to be delivered to families for the holidays and to pediatric units throughout the year.

[FULL for 2020] Adopt a Family with the Dream Team!
Just as Me Fine provides a financial safety net for families in crisis throughout the year, our Hope for the Holidays program serves families who are in the midst of a new diagnosis, relapse, or unexpected hospitalization during the holiday season. The Me Fine Dream Team adopts families who would not otherwise have gifts due to a child’s treatment for a medical crisis.
We call our holiday supporters the “Dream Team” because of their willingness to be on call for a family experiencing a sudden medical crisis. Most organizations and groups who adopt families finalize their rosters in September or October. The Me Fine Dream Team helps fill the gap for families who are in the midst of an unexpected medical crisis during the holiday season.
Families will be referred to Me Fine by hospital staff beginning November 9th. Me Fine will accept referrals through December 14th and gifts will be distributed to families over the weekend of December 18th-20th.
How to get involved:
Step 1 – Sign up! This will get you a spot on our Dream Team roster and help us to match you with a family as referrals come in. NOTE: We have reached capacity for donors this year! Thank you to our community for stepping up for our families in such a huge way!
Step 2 – Me Fine will assign families to Dream Team members as we receive referrals from the hospitals. Referrals begin on Monday, November 9 (referral window is 11/9-12/14). Once matched, you will receive a detailed wish list for each child in the home, as well as for the caregiver(s). Links to specific items will be provided whenever possible.
Step 3 – Follow the list! Me Fine will have worked directly with the family to identify their needs and wishes.
Step 4 – Shop and deliver! Options for getting us your items will be provided when you receive your family list. All gifts must be UNWRAPPED and provided to Me Fine no later than Wednesday, December 16.
